I would say it is a mixture of user-friendly design, up-dated material on a daily basis, quality content and lots of interaction with visitors of that website.

Is anyone aware of a website which would allow you to create your own website (with your own domain name, not subdomains!) with various features such as blogs, uploading of files, podcasts, videos, picture galleries, discussion forums, shopping carts, etc. with unlimited storage and that for FREE??? That would be really wow!!!

Oh Poshmonkey..You want almost all the features and that too unlimited storage for FREE…...I guess that is not possible. There are certain providers who wants you to participate in their forums (mandatory) in return to hosting your site. But absolutely “Free” is something which is not possible.
